We deliver NZ-wide, and all orders are tracked:

• Free shipping on all orders

• Rural delivery: $5 extra

• Signature delivery available on request

Delivery times:

• Urban: 3–5 working days

• Rural: 4–6 working days

We aim to ship within 3 business days. No shipping on weekends or public holidays.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Selecting the correct shipping option at checkout is your responsibility; we will contact you if adjustments are needed, which may delay your order.

Local or passing through Dunedin? You’re welcome to pick up your order. Just send a message or email with your travel plans, and we’ll arrange a convenient time.
